Opening Alert: Sloffy Gallery, Fort Lee, NJ
A new concept blending coffee, tea, desserts and curated lifestyle goods has officially opened in Fort Lee.
Sloffy Gallery is now open at 1636 Palisade Avenue, introducing a space inspired by “slowness” and Eastern philosophy.
According to its brand materials, the name combines “Slow (-ify)” with “Gallery,” reflecting an intentional pause and a curated environment where coffee, tea, food and objects are presented with the care of an exhibition.
The concept offers espresso-based drinks, signature lattes and blended teas, along with wagashi-style desserts such as Yokan in flavors including chestnut, cranberry, chocolate and yuzu.
Teas are directly sourced from South Korea, while ceramics and tableware are also sourced from South Korean makers. The Yokan desserts come from a US-based Japanese patissier, and coffee is exclusively roasted by the brand’s director.
Beyond beverages and desserts, Sloffy Gallery also retails lifestyle goods including ceramics, tableware, coffee beans, matcha and blended teas.
The interior features a minimalist design with bar seating and a curated retail display, reinforcing the gallery-style atmosphere.
Sloffy Gallery is open seven days a week.
