Oceanos’ wine program was also noted, with NJ.com describing the restaurant’s wine list as “enviable.”
Coming in at No. 17, Varka in Ramsey (Website) was recognized for its commitment to freshness. NJ.com pointed to the restaurant’s philosophy of providing the shortest possible time “between the net and your plate.”
