L’Insolent Coffee Taking Over Former Bakery Space in Hillsdale
A new French-inspired coffee and bakery concept is preparing to debut this Wednesday in downtown Hillsdale.
L’Insolent Coffee & Bakery is set to open at 94 Broadway, taking over the former Le Carré space under new management.
While the bakery remains, the new ownership says it plans to build upon the foundation established by Le Carré while introducing a premium coffee program and new offerings.
According to an announcement shared on social media, the team behind L’Insolent Coffee & Bakery is focused on maintaining the quality, craftsmanship, and hospitality customers have come to expect while bringing a fresh vision to the space.
The café will feature authentic French pastries, specialty coffee drinks, cakes, desserts, and what it describes as a warm, Parisian-inspired atmosphere.
This is the company’s third location—with shops in West Nyack and Brooklyn.
