A new Indian restaurant focused on authentic flavors and traditional recipes has officially opened in East Rutherford.
Aahar – Soul of India is now serving at 132 Park Avenue, bringing a menu of curries, biryanis, fresh naan, tandoori specialties, vegetarian dishes, and regional Indian appetizers to Bergen County.
The restaurant describes its mission as creating a warm and welcoming space where guests can experience the “true soul of Indian cuisine” through fresh ingredients and authentic cooking techniques.
The kitchen is led by chefs with more than 12 years of experience preparing traditional Indian dishes.
Aahar features approximately 45 seats, is BYOB, and is open six days a week (closed Tuesdays).
