Regan Hickey added six saves in the net to complete the shutout for Pascack Valley (7-10-1).
Pascack Hills picked up a 1-0 upset victory over third-seeded Cresskill in the first round, and will look for another upset victory in the semifinal round where it will face second-seeded Midland Park.
