Please note that the properties in the list below are for real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Oct. 27, even if the property may have been sold earlier.

In September, a single-family residence at 10 Tumble Falls Road, changed ownership. The property, built in 1940, was sold for $400,000. The deal was finalized on Sept. 19.

2. $397K
For a price tag of $396,981 ($90 per square foot), the detached house, built in 1995 and at 11 Oakridge Road changed hands in September. The home spans 4,410 square feet of living area. The property comprises a 0.9-acre lot. The deal was finalized on Sept. 26.

3. $385K
Priced at $385,000 (equivalent to $219 per square foot), this single-family house, constructed in 1900 and situated at 71 S. Union Street, was sold in September. The home spans 1,758 square feet of living area. The property comprises a 1,725-square-foot lot. The deal was finalized on Sept. 22.

At $381,000 ($255 per square foot), the single-family home at 589 Sergeantsville Road offered another opportunity below the targeted price range when it changed hands in August. In August, a single-family home at 26 Willow Ave., changed ownership. The property, covering 1,472 square feet, was built in 1840 and was sold for $361,000, which calculates to $245 per square foot. The lot size encompasses 7,841 square feet. The deal was finalized on Aug. 29.

This condominium, underwent a change of ownership in September. At 1507 Cobblestone Court, the home spans 1,020 square feet and was sold for $345,000, or $338 per square foot. It was built in 1987. The deal was finalized on Sept. 23.

Priced at $340,000 (equivalent to $234 per square foot), this single-family house, constructed in 1986 and situated at 5 Howard Court, was sold in August. The home spans 1,452 square feet of living area. The property comprises a 2,090-square-foot lot. The deal was finalized on Aug. 8.
