The basics:
Visit Atlantic City is carrying strong momentum from the summer season into fall and winter, highlighted by a slew of activity slated for the coming weeks and months.
That includes new hotel openings, spa debuts, holiday festivities, a packed lineup of conventions and sporting events, and more.
The city recently welcomed The Seahaus Hotel, Atlantic City, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel and the Boardwalk’s newest non-casino boutique property. With 105 guest rooms and suites, a new signature restaurant – Cucina Del Mar, and oceanfront amenities, the hotel is part of Atlantic City’s broader push to diversify its offerings beyond gaming, which NJBIZ has extensively reported on.
Renault Winery & Resort is also expanding with the upcoming opening of the Revival Spa, a luxury addition featuring vineyard-inspired treatments, saunas, and wellness experiences.

Q3 tally

“We’re pleased to see the momentum in tourism developments across Atlantic City and its region carry into the second half of the year, underscored by milestones like the opening of The Seahaus Hotel and the expansion of Renault Winery with a brand-new state-of-the-art spa,” said Gary Musich, president and CEO of Visit Atlantic City. “These additions highlight how Atlantic City is evolving into a well-rounded coastal destination, offering visitors more diverse experiences beyond the casino floor.”
Visit Atlantic City boasted a busy third quarter, hosting more than 50 major events, which generated over 46,890 room nights and drew nearly 98,000 attendees. Altogether the activity contributed an economic impact of $58.2 million.
Casino operators are also gearing up for cooler weather, with fresh entertainment and holiday programming on tap.
“After a busy summer season, we’re excited to celebrate the fall and winter holidays with new experiences that highlight everything Atlantic City casinos have to offer,” said Mark Giannantonio, president of the Casino Association of New Jersey.

Infrastructure improvements are also underway.
Atlantic Avenue will undergo a repaving and beautification project starting this fall, with upgrades to pedestrian access, lighting, and streetscapes aimed at revitalizing the corridor and enhancing the Ducktown neighborhood.
