Hunter Goodman placed on IL with shoulder strain

DENVER — The Rockies placed catcher Hunter Goodman on the 10-day injured list on Tuesday (retroactive to Saturday) with a left shoulder strain. The move comes one day after the two-time All-Star was scratched from Monday night’s lineup against the Dodgers and after he didn’t play in a three-game weekend series at San Francisco.
