Guerrero collided with Yankees shortstop George Lombard Jr. in a chaotic play at third base during the sixth inning of Toronto’s 3-1 win over New York on Friday. As an errant throw got away from Lombard and he turned to chase after the ball, his left knee hit Guerrero in the face.
