After a stellar four months with the Mets, leverage reliever Luke Weaver is on his way to the Pirates, a source told MLB.com on Monday. The clubs have not confirmed the deal, which sends shortstop Sammy Stafura, Pittsburgh’s No. 9 prospect, to the Mets.
