The Phillies are off and running on Trade Deadline day. The club is set to acquire infielder Luis Arraez and pitcher Caleb Kilian from the Giants and left-hander Brooks Raley from the rival Mets, a source told MLB.com’s Mark Feinsand on Monday. The clubs have not confirmed the deal.
