SAN FRANCISCO – Left-hander Thomas Pannone was recalled from Triple-A Nashville by the Brewers to start Wednesday’s series finale against the Giants. The start had previously been scheduled for lefty Shane Drohan, but he’ll now pitch Friday in Anaheim.
