In just his second season, Chase Burns has developed into a pitcher the Reds can build around — and they ensured he’s going to be around for years to come. Burns and the Reds are in agreement on a seven-year, $105 million extension, according to a report from MLB Network insider Jon Paul Morosi on Thursday.
