A new café concept is preparing to open near the waterfront in West New York.
Dear Jac is coming soon to 20 Avenue at Port Imperial, taking over the former Gioia Modern Italian Kitchen space.
While details about the concept remain limited, the upcoming café has launched social media pages teasing a Fall 2026 opening and describing the brand as “where everyday cravings meet something better.”
The branding features a minimalist rabbit logo alongside a modern café-style aesthetic, hinting at a more casual and contemporary concept for the Port Imperial waterfront area.
The location sits within one of Hudson County’s busiest waterfront dining corridors, surrounded by residential developments and views of the Manhattan skyline.
An official menu, opening timeline, and additional details have not yet been announced.
