Light snow, Extreme Cold Warning, High Wind Warning

This is not going to be a nice weekend. At all. Cold and windy, with a little bit of snow to kick things off. An Extreme Cold Warning has been issued for the entire state, and a High Wind Warning is posted for southern and coastal counties — those are just as dramatic as they sound.
