James Lawson scored a season-high 28 points for the second game in a row and Vineland used a strong second half to edge Holy Spirit 63-58 in Vineland to move into first place in the Cape-Atlantic League United Division.

The Fighting Clan trailed by four at the half but drew even heading into the fourth quarter and outscored the Spartans 21-16 over the final eight minutes.
Vineland improved to 10-1 overall and 5-1 in the division. Holy Spirit fell to 8-4, 4-1.
Domenic Bailey and Ricardo Johnson each added 12 points in the win.
