LG Electronics North America is ringing in the new year with new leadership.

On Dec. 30, the Englewood Cliffs-based company announced Don Kwack as president and CEO, effective January 2026. He will now serve as the highest-ranking executive in the western hemisphere. Additionally Kwack will also serve as president and CEO of LG Electronics USA Inc.

His work will also involve collaboration with other regional operations, such as vehicle components, R&D labs and factories.

Before this most recent promotion, Kwack served as executive vice president and the global head of LG Living Appliance Solutions. He held that post for the past year, LG said, after leading the global refrigerator business from 2023–2024.
