LACEY — A police encounter early Monday in the Lanoka Harbor section of Lacey Township left one person dead and a police officer hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries, authorities said.
The incident occurred around 2 a.m. on March 16 near Hemlock Drive, according to the Lacey Township Police Department.
