This year’s New Jersey Wine & Food Festival returns May 1-3 to Crystal Springs Resort in Hamburg, featuring guest of honor chef Marco Pierre White, the godfather of modern British cuisine and the first English chef to be awarded three Michelin stars (which he famously returned). The event marks White’s only appearance at a food festival in the U.S. this year.

Founded by Crystal Springs COO Robby Younes in 2009, the prestigious festival has welcomed a long list of renowned chefs over the years, including Thomas Keller, José Andrés, Daniel Boulud, Tom Colicchio, Francis Mallmann, David Kinch and Michael White.
Chef White will participate in multiple events throughout the weekend, including a five-course Wine Cellar Dinner celebrating his culinary legacy and a Champagne Reception, both on Friday, May 1, as well as a book signing on Saturday, May 2.

Three chefs from Bravo’s Top Chef—last season’s winner Tristen Epps, as well as Bailey Sullivan and Lana Lagomarsini—will also be in attendance. On Friday, they’ll cook alongside the team from Crystal Springs’s award-winning Restaurant Latour at the festival’s popular Top Chefs & Top Wines dinner.
Packed with events from morning until night, Saturday’s itinerary includes a lunch with New Jersey culinary stars from New Jersey Monthly‘s Top 40 Restaurants list, including Dan Richer of Razza in Jersey City and Sean Yan of Ram & Rooster in Metuchen, hosted by NJM senior editor Jacqueline Mroz.

Attendees can also expect food and drink tastings, appearances by winemakers, interactive cocktail classes and much more. The signature Grand Tasting highlights New Jersey’s top culinary talent, while the VIP Lounge serves bites from Restaurant Latour, desserts by chef David Burke, premium wines and rare spirits. The Biosphere After Party takes place in the tropical pool complex with multiple bars, food and DJs.
