STONE HARBOR – The head of the Borough Council’s Administration and Finance Committee gave residents hints of better news about the fiscal 2026 municipal budget at the council’s meeting Feb. 3.
Ken Biddick said the budget, which has yet to be presented to the public, may not require a tax increase. Last year’s $23 million general fund budget called for a 7.2% tax increase.
