OCEAN CITY – The City Council on Feb. 5 introduced an ordinance that adjusts the city’s zoning regulations by increasing the maximum height of newly constructed homes by 2 feet.
City Attorney Dottie McCrosson explained that the ordinance was being introduced to maintain the same 30-foot building envelope that the city has used since the period after Superstorm Sandy.
