Crew members of the destroyer USS Arleigh Burke, which shot down missiles launched against Israel in 2024 and 2025, have been awarded the Armed Forces Service Medal for “their outstanding support and execution of Ballistic Missile Defense,” a message on the ship’s official Facebook page says.
