92 Chicken has officially opened at 31 E Prospect Street in Waldwick, bringing a new destination for Korean-style fried chicken to Bergen County.
The fast-growing concept describes itself as part of a “Korean chicken revolution,” featuring “an innovative sauce and unique cooking method” that aims to deliver an extra-crispy, flavor-packed experience.
The menu centers on three signature preparations — Classic, fried, and topped with “snow onion” — with sauces that range “from mild to spicy,” giving guests plenty of options to customize heat and flavor.
According to the brand, each order follows a specific process: chicken is “hand battered” in a special flour mix, then “double-fried to a golden crisp,” and finished with “signature sauces and flavors to create a crispy chicken dish unlike anything you’ve had before.”
The company says its specialties “bring a Korean flare to fried chicken,” with bold Asian-inspired sauces and creamy toppings designed to deliver what it calls a uniquely craveable crunch.
The restaurant is currently open seven days a week.
