Firefly Burger is Coming Soon to Garfield
A new international burger concept is headed to Bergen County as Firefly Burger prepares to open at 17 Outwater Lane in Garfield, taking over the former Huddle House space.
Founded in 2011 in Jabal Amman, the brand says it was built from “the founders’ passion for travel and their deep love for food,” with a focus on creating what it describes as “an unforgettable, tantalizing culinary journey.”
The restaurant has grown steadily overseas with a menu centered on premium burgers and house-made sauces, operating under the motto “Above All Burgers,” which the company calls “a guiding principle that embodies our unwavering dedication to providing the best burger experience possible.”
Firefly Burger appears to mark the chain’s first location in New Jersey, bringing its globally influenced take on the American classic to Garfield.
Details on the menu and interior buildout have not yet been shared.
No official opening date has been announced, but signage is now up at the Outwater Lane storefront.
