Stone Harbor’s newly appointed chief financial officer has elected to go up-island to accept the deputy CFO position in Avalon, leaving the borough without a leader in its finance office as the 2026 budget cycle kicks into high gear.
The Stone Harbor Council on Jan. 6 appointed Deputy CFO and Tax Collector Robert Williams as CFO through April 2028.
