OCEAN CITY – The City Council has hired an attorney with specialization in the state’s redevelopment laws to advise the council on the approval process for a redevelopment plan for the Wonderland site.
The council on Jan. 22 retained John A. Ridgway, a Linwood attorney, at $200 per hour as a special legal counsel to the governing body.
