ASHEVILLE, NC – The Buncombe County Sheriff’s Office has launched an investigation after a man was found dead Sunday morning along New Leicester Highway, as frigid temperatures and severe winter weather continue across western North Carolina.
Deputies responded to the 400 block of New Leicester Highway shortly after 8 a.m., where they discovered a deceased male lying on the roadside….
