CAPE MAY – A Pennsylvania man has been arrested for damaging a fiberglass Humpty-Dumpty figure on a miniature golf course in September, police said.
Police Chief Dekon Fashaw said in a press release that Blane C. Dongas, 29, of Dallas, Pennsylvania, turned himself in to the Police Department on the advice of his attorney.
