MANASQUAN — The fate of the popular Inlet Tug of War event between Manasquan and Point Pleasant Beach is up in the air, after dozens of volunteers responsible for organizing the annual event stepped down, following the controversial decision by Manasquan Borough Council to eliminate the recreation superintendent position.
