BRADLEY BEACH — At its meeting on Jan. 20, mayor and council introduced an ordinance that amends limitations on special handicap residential parking spaces. After several revisions, the ordinance now allows for both primary and seasonal residents to obtain a reserved handicap parking space outside their home.
