Wildwood Man Charged for Passenger’s Death in 2024 Crash

VINELAND – A Wildwood man who was behind the wheel when his vehicle crashed, killing his passenger, was charged with vehicular homicide and other charges on Friday, Jan. 16.
According to the Vineland Police Department report, the accident occurred on Sept. 28, 2024, when Armando Garcia-Garcia, 52, was driving on East Sherman Avenue when his 2009 Nissan Pathfinder left the roadway in a wooded area near Hance Bridge Road and crashed into a tree at around 12:30 a.m.
His front-seat passenger, Keila Osoria-Garcia, 37, was pronounced dead at the scene, police said. Garcia-Garcia was transported to Cooper University Hospital with serious injuries and at the time was reported to be in stable condition.
