The 25th Super Pet Expo continues through today at the New Jersey Convention Center in Edison, offering pet lovers a weekend filled with competitions, demonstrations and activities for dogs, cats and their owners.
The event, which has been held in Edison since 2001, features national champion stunt dog trainer Chrissy Joy and her Bone-A-Fied Talent Group performing shows on Sunday at 10:30 a.m., 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. The demonstrations will showcase Frisbee skills, tricks and fast-paced agility routines.
On Sunday, cat enthusiasts can watch agility expert Kimi Dustin guide felines through an obstacle course of tunnels, jumps, weave poles and platforms at 11 a.m., 1 p.m. and 3 p.m.
The Doggy Derby, now in its third year, offers multiple races on Sunday including small dog races at 11 a.m., 3 p.m. and 4 p.m., Dachshund races at noon, and Corgi races at 1 p.m.

Families can use toys or treats to encourage their dogs to dash to the finish line, with prizes awarded to all winners.
At 1:30 p.m., fashion-forward dogs can participate in the Celebrity Catwalk, where pets dressed in designer fashions will strut their stuff.
Animal communicator Raven Noel will present at 11:30 a.m. on Sunday, explaining how to understand what pets are thinking and communicate with them.
The expo also includes a dog ball pit with 5,000 balls, puppy playgrounds, capture the flag games for dogs, and Repticon, a showcase of hundreds of reptiles.
Pedigree and household cats can compete for titles and points judged by internationally trained professionals.

Expo producer Eric Udler said, “Your dog will have as much fun as you at the largest pet extravaganza in the country.”
The event runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday at 97 Sunfield Ave. in Edison.
Online tickets cost $15 for adults 12 and older and $10 for children ages 4 to 11. Tickets at the door are $20 for adults and $15 for children.
Online ticket buyers receive a free month of DogTV, a $9.99 value. Children 4 and younger and leashed pets are admitted free. Retractable leashes are not permitted.
