Here, we provide a breakdown of the top five properties in each area, selected based on their proximity to the desired price range and the most spacious living areas available.

For a price tag of $395,000 ($184 per square foot), the single-family residence, built in 1980 and located at 63 Wynnwood Street, Woodstown, changed hands in December. The home spans 2,143 square feet of living area. The property comprises a 10,411-square-foot lot. The transaction was completed on Dec. 9.
2. $391K
Priced at $391,000 (equivalent to $187 per square foot), this single-family home, constructed in 1978 and situated at 44 Lenape Drive, Pennsville, was sold in December. The home spans 2,094 square feet of living area. The property comprises a 0.4-acre lot. The deal was closed on Dec. 5.
3. $240K
This single-family house underwent a change of ownership in December. Located at 39 Oak Street, Salem, the home spans 2,072 square feet and was sold for $240,000, or $116 per square foot. The property sits on a lot measuring a 3,751-square-foot, and it was built in 1906. The deal was finalized on Dec. 9.

4. $225K
At $225,000 ($154 per square foot), the single-family home located at 352 Allen Ave., Salem, offered another opportunity below the targeted price range when it changed hands in December. This property, built in 1930, provides 1,460 square feet of living space, and sits on a 4,935-square-foot lot. The transaction was completed on Dec. 8.

Situated at 188 Cook Ave., Salem, this single-family house, was sold in December for a price of $210,000, translating to $161 per square foot. The property, constructed in 1944, offers a living area of 1,305 square feet and sits on an 11,021-square-foot lot. The deal was closed on Dec. 9.
