National franchise Pilates Addiction is planning a new location in Wayne.
Located at 1591 Alps Road, the studio is set to open early next year, according to a Dec. 22 announcement.
Local entrepreneur and fitness enthusiast Rhea Shivnani will own and operate the new Wayne location. “Pilates Addiction brings an elevated, modern approach to Pilates, and Wayne immediately felt like the perfect home for it,” Shivnani said. “The community’s vibe, commitment to wellness, and high standards made the decision easy.”
Shivnani told NJBIZ that after the Wayne opening, a Montclair studio will follow “soon after,” along with additional Hoboken and Paramus locations in 2026.
What to expect
Pilates Addiction classes offer a mood-lit nightclub-like atmosphere, high-intensity programming and the brand’s exclusive WundaFormer machine, which combines a reformer, jump board, ballet barre and Wunda Chair.
Each 50-minute, full-body session is delivered in a semi-private setting and is led by a trained instructor.
The Wayne location will also include boutique retail shop and seamless check-in, according to the announcement.
