Two New Jersey Transit trains collided on the Montclair-Boonton Line Friday night causing an unknown number of injuries, officials said.

At around 6:47 p.m., the two trains made contact in Montclair west of Bay Street, NJ Transit officials said.
There are reports of injuries which are currently considered non-life threatening, officials said.
Officials did not say what types of injuries were sustained and how many people were injured.
Police are at the scene and NJ Transit is investigating the incident.
The Morris and Essex lines are currently under 30-minute delays in both directions.
