Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C. announced the launch of the Bressler Center for Excellence (BCE), a university-style professional development initiative offering comprehensive training for attorneys at all career stages. The BCE unites two core programs – the McMenamy Trial Program and the Business of Law Program- integrating trial advocacy training with the business and leadership skills essential in today’s legal environment.
“The Center for Excellence reflects our commitment to developing exceptional litigators and well-rounded lawyers who understand the business of law,” said J. Michael Riordan, founding Principal and Program Coordinator. “By combining training in advocacy, client service, marketing, and leadership, we equip our attorneys to excel across all facets of practice.
The McMenamy Trial Program, named for former Principal Mark McMenamy, provides a year-long, hands-on litigation lab featuring workshops and simulated exercises in depositions, motions, negotiations, and trial practice. Running parallel, the Business of Law Program focuses on marketing, client relations, and business development, emphasizing the deep client relationships that define the firm. The firm has also revitalized its Ross Mentoring Program, honoring founder Larry Ross and reinforcing Bressler’s belief that structured mentoring is essential to attorney growth.
The inaugural programs launched in Fall 2025 with strong firmwide engagement and will continue evolving with new workshops.
