The wait is over.
Netflix House has opened at the King of Prussia Mall in Montgomery County. It is the first of three U.S. locations the streaming giant has planned.
Nearly 18 months after Netflix announced the venue would be coming to the region, the doors officially opened on Wednesday, Nov. 12.
Netflix House is an experiential venue for fans of Netflix programming, and brings some of the network’s most popular shows and movies to life.
Netflix House Philadelphia occupies about 100,000 square feet over two floors in the former Lord & Taylor store at the mall.
Wednesday’s grand opening followed a VIP celebration on Monday night that featured state and local officials, Netflix executives, and talent from various Netflix shows. At the red carpet event, Netflix co-CEOs Ted Sarandos and Greg Peters presented Gov. Josh Shapiro with a symbolic “Key to Netflix House.”
And on Tuesday, members of the community were invited to a preview of the venue.
During the construction and development of Netflix House Philadelphia, the project employed more than 260 local tradespeople and now supports nearly 300 permanent jobs for area residents, Netflix said in a press release. The company also collaborated with regional artists and vendors “whose work reimagines iconic Netflix stories through a local lens.”
“From the beginning, we wanted this to be a space that reflects the people and pride of this region, built by local talent and inspired by the stories fans love most,” Marian Lee, Netflix’s chief marketing officer, said in a statement. “This opening marks an exciting milestone for Netflix — we’re transforming how audiences experience our stories in real life and right here in their neighborhood.”
What is Netflix House?
Netflix House is a permanent space, filled with programming for all ages, according to Lee.
“But we are also thinking about how we rotate in your latest love. We want to be able to deliver the experience that our fans want,” she added.
The venue offers a variety of fan experiences.

The immersive experiences of Netflix House are inspired by some of Netflix’s most popular shows and movies, including “Wednesday, ONE PIECE,” “Stranger Things,” “Squid Game,” “Love Is Blind,” “KPop Demon Hunters,” “Bridgerton,” “Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery,” “Is It Cake?,” “WWE Raw,” “Frankenstein,” and more.
Netflix V/RTUALS allow fans to play as the main character inside the worlds of Netflix shows and movies. Among the immersive VR games are “Stranger Things,” “Squid Game,” and “Rebel Moon.”

The TUDUM Theater, with seating for 229 guests, allows visitors to view screenings of Netflix shows, movies and fan events, trivia nights and special talent appearances, and live sports — including “WWE RAW” and NFL games, as well as local and seasonal programming.
The location also features Top 9 Mini-Golf, with nine holes of mini golf where every golf ball and hole is connected to a live leaderboard. Each hole is themed to popular Netflix characters, stories and events.
Netflix House also offers food and beverages at Netflix BITES. The Netflix Shop offers NetPHLix-branded local merchandise, as well as collectibles and clothing inspired by Netflix stories.
There are two entrances to Netflix House at the King of Prussia Mall. The outside entrance is hard to miss — featuring an oversized red envelope and mural.
The envelope is a nod to Netflix’s origin as a DVD-by-mail company. That entrance is framed by a mural by area artist Emily White, showcasing a Netflix character mash-up on the exterior of the building, according to the release. The entrance opens into an atrium filled with art installations and photo opportunities inspired by fan favorite characters and stories.
Guests can also enter Netflix House from inside the King of Prussia Mall.

Among those getting a sneak peek at Netflix House on Tuesday was Rachel Riley, vice president of marketing and communications for the Valley Forge Tourism & Convention Board.
“The detail and technology with which these folks have strategically brought some of our favorite shows to life is unlike any other immersive experience,” Riley said. “This unique attraction just adds to a growing list of many reasons for visitors to retreat to Valley Forge and Montco, especially leading up to 2026, a year that’s shaping up to be unlike any other.”
The Details
Netflix House is free to enter and explore, with photo opportunities that include the “Squid Game” staircase and the Byers’ living room from “Stranger Things,” Netflix said.
The ticketed events include the immersive experiences, with ticket prices starting at $39; Netflix V/RTUALS, with tickets starting at $25; and Top 9 Mini Golf, with tickets starting at $15.
Ticket prices will vary depending on date, time, and the activity or feature experience, the company said.
Netflix House Philadelphia is open Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.; Friday and Saturday, 10 a.m. to midnight; and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Netflix has two additional Netflix house locations in development. Netflix House Dallas opens Dec. 11 at Galleria Dallas. A third location — Netflix House Las Vegas at BLVD on the Las Vegas Strip, is slated to open in 2027.
