This condominium, featuring one bedroom and one bathroom, underwent a change of ownership in August. At 1320 Ocean Ave. APT304, the home spans 476 square feet and was sold for $339,700, or $714 per square foot. The property was built in 1965. The deal was finalized on Aug. 27.
