Declan Drucker added a goal, while freshman Hayden DeRosa recorded his first high school career point on an assist.
Chris Perez Gomez scored the lone goal for New Egypt.
Shore (9-5-1) will host eighth-seeded Asbury Park in the quarterfinal round on Saturday with the time to be announced. New Egypt fell to 5-10 on the season.
