Dayton scored touchdowns on offense, defense and special teams in its 42-7 win over South River in Springfield.
Chidiogo Iherobiem took the opening kickoff 81 yards to the end zone to get Dayton off to a fast start.
Tyler Fuscaldo put the Bulldogs up 14-0 in the first quarter with a two-yard touchdown run. Fuscaldo also had a two-yard touchdown run during a 21-0 second quarter for Dayton.
The Bulldogs scored on defense when Jackson Babiarz picked off a pass and returned it 50 yards before fumbling, but it was recovered in the end zone by Isaiah Rivas. The other touchdown in the second quarter came on a 11-yard run by Adrian Berknopf.
Berknopf also threw a 85-yard touchdown pass to Jackson Babiarz in the fourth quarter.
Dayton is 3-1 for the first time since 2011 and has not had a winning season since 2010.
